The goal of Friends of Chimpanzees is to:

- help chimpanzees who have suffered for human benefit or amusement by means of fundraising and providing useful items to sanctuaries

- increase appreciation for these wonderful apes

- encourage people to consider making our world a better place for chimpanzees and other primates
